Musicians of all skill levels are invited, from novices to seasoned players. Each band selects their own music with support from our expert instructors. Each term ends with an exciting and energetic performance at a local music venue.
Designed for young adults, post-secondary students, and anyone 18+ looking for a fun, social, and loud escape from the everyday, this is your chance to plug in and let go. Meet other musicians, make real connections, and learn how to play and rehearse together as a band. You’ll choose the songs, find your sound, and grow as a group with guidance from our expert instructors.

Headliner Band – Our full experience: 2-hour weekly rehearsals where your band picks the songs, tightens the sound, and preps for the big stage.
Soundcheck Series – A more affordable and flexible option: 1-hour weekly rehearsals over 10 weeks. Great for trying it out, building confidence, or easing back into music.
Join a group of like-minded adults and become part of a real rock band. You'll rehearse weekly with your bandmates, pick songs together, and collaborate just like the pros. No experience forming a band? No problem — we’ll guide you every step of the way.
You'll learn to listen, adapt, and collaborate — the way music was meant to be learned. With guidance from experienced instructors, you'll improve your timing, technique, and musical awareness while gaining the confidence that only comes from making music with others.
