Summer Camp Policies

Registration & Payment

Your spot is confirmed once registration is completed and payment is received.

Full payment is due upon registration to hold your child’s spot. 

Refunds are available if canceled 2 weeks before the camp’s start date. A 10% administration fee applies to all cancellations.

Attendance & Punctuality

Drop-off and Pick-up Times: Drop-off begins 15 minutes before camp starts. Please ensure timely pick-up, as late pickups may incur additional fees.

Please notify us as early as possible if your child will be absent.  There are no refunds for absences.

Health & Safety

Health Concerns: Inform us about any medical or dietary restrictions, allergies, or relevant mental health concerns so we can support your child’s needs.

Emergency Contacts: Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information.

Medication: Any medications should be labeled and discussed with staff before camp.

Should a student display signs of sickness during their lesson time, their parent/guardian will be contacted to pick them up.

Camp Conduct

Respectful behavior toward fellow campers, staff, and the environment is required. Repeated or serious misbehavior may result in dismissal without a refund.

Electronics Policy

Devices are discouraged during camp hours to keep campers focused on activities.

Liability

Rock U Canada, their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, and representatives are not  liable for any damages, injuries, illnesses or claims relating to or arising from participation in music lessons, classes or performances or through entering and leaving the premises or facilities.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label your child’s belongings.

Media Consent

Rock U Canada  is hereby granted permission to take photographs and or video of the students to use in newspaper, TV press releases, brochures, websites, posters, and other promotional materials the school creates. Please be aware that these photos or recordings are for promotional purposes and may be used in future print or electronic publications and media communications. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs and video footage in its name. By participating in Rock U Canada’s programs, you consent to the video or audio recording or taking of photographs for these purposes. Prior approval from the student/parent will be asked if personal information is to be attached to the photos or recordings.
