Workshop Policies

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration for workshops is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payments must be made in advance through the approved Rock U Canada registration process.

2. No Refunds or Make-Up Classes

  • All workshop fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance.
  • No make-up sessions are available for missed workshops. If a participant is unable to attend, their spot cannot be transferred to another workshop or private lesson.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and be ready to engage in the workshop activities.
  • Late arrivals may result in missed instruction or participation limitations.
  • If a participant is unable to attend, Rock U Canada does not provide refunds, credits, or rescheduling options.

4. Workshop Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner toward instructors, fellow attendees, and staff.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
  • Participants are responsible for treating Rock U Canada’s instruments, equipment, and facilities with care. Any damages due to misuse may be charged to the participant.

5. Health & Safety

  • If a participant is feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of illness, they are asked to refrain from attending the workshop out of consideration for others.
  • Rock U Canada is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or personal property loss that may occur before, during, or after the workshop.
  • Participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must notify Rock U Canada of any medical concerns or allergies prior to the workshop.

6. Liability Waiver

  • By registering for a Rock U Canada workshop, participants acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with musical instruction and group activities.
  • Rock U Canada, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation.

7. Media Release

  • By participating in a Rock U Canada workshop, attendees (or parents/guardians for minors) grant permission for Rock U Canada to use photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.
  • Any media content used for marketing, social media, or advertising remains the property of Rock U Canada.
  • Personal information will not be shared without consent.

8. Workshop Cancellations by Rock U Canada

  • In the rare case that Rock U Canada must cancel a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop if available.
  • Rock U Canada is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Agreement

By registering for a Rock U Canada workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy document.
