Joel Poirier is a dynamic artist who leads his life as a guitarist and vocalist from Calgary, Alberta, who brings a unique fusion of vintage 70’s rock spirit and modern energy to every stage and every lesson. Inspired by legends such as Rush, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, and Pink Floyd, Joel has honed a distinctive sound and approach that blends technical precision with expressive creativity and musical adventure.
With years of robust experience performing across Alberta, Joel has rocked countless venues and festival stages with his band Even Odds. A career highlight came when he opened for Canadian rock icons Trooper at a sold-out show at the Grey Eagle Event Centre, showcasing his stage presence and musical prowess.
